ChatGPT a fost lansat în decembrie 2022 de OpenAI ca un mic model generativ foarte bun la înțelegerea instrucțiunilor umane, optimizat pentru conversații și răspunsuri detaliate de mari dimensiuni. Se pare că ChatGPT este foarte bun la gestionarea mai multor cazuri de utilizare, nu doar a conversațiilor. La fel ca GPT-3, puteți utiliza ChatGPT pentru a efectua rezumări, parafrazări, extragerea entităților etc. Datorită dimensiunilor sale reduse, ChatGPT este, de asemenea, mai ieftin decât GPT-3.
